A Bit About Me
From an early age, I’ve been fascinated by how things work on a deep structural level—whether it was building with Legos, piecing together erector sets, or strategizing through games like chess and Tetris. That same curiosity led me into massage therapy, where for over 10 years I’ve applied a problem-solving mindset to the human body.

Through kinesiology and orthopedic assessment, I’ve trained in multiple modalities that address pain and dysfunction at the clinical level. What I’ve learned is simple yet powerful: the body carries both the problems and the solutions. With the right patience and persistence, every client has the capacity to heal and grow—I simply provide the tools and guidance to make that possible.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in warehouses and kitchens, where I learned how systems and structures create results. Today, I use that same approach in bodywork—identifying the root causes of limitation and helping clients move beyond them, no matter their age or history. Whether it’s an old injury, the aftereffects of an accident, or the strain of everyday life, my focus is on creating lasting change.

For athletes, runners, desk workers, or anyone seeking better recovery and performance, I provide not only targeted bodywork but also the education needed to maintain progress outside the session. My mission is simple: help you move, heal, and live at your best.

My Goal as a Massage Therapist

My goal as a massage therapist is to help people achieve real progress in their bodies while creating a safe, supportive environment. In my sessions, clients are free to release not only physical tension but also the stress that often comes with it. While I don’t provide psychological counseling, I do provide space for clients to speak openly in a judgment-free zone—because healing is not only physical, it’s also about feeling heard and supported.

I don’t believe in keeping clients dependent on me for life without growth. My mission is to educate and empower each person to better understand their body, validate their own experiences, and take an active role in their recovery and performance. Every session is designed to teach as well as treat.

If a client ever reaches the point of needing more advanced interventions—such as surgery or specialized medical care—they’ll already have the tools and knowledge to approach it wisely. Through my work, I want clients to walk away more resilient, more self-aware, and more capable of maintaining their own progress long after they leave my table.
